The world today is under pressure from the climate crisis, digitisation and an ever-increasing rate of transformation. And when we are hit by external crises, we need leaders with an inner balance; leaders, who can stand by their values with a clear vision. Leaders, who have the capacity to define the correct problems and, in dialogue with their team, can develop innovative solutions, instead of acting quickly and on autopilot. Leaders who are powerful communicators, so that others notice and feel their passion and purpose.
We’re returning after a dramatic global upheaval. Should we just continue where we left off, or is it time for more clarity and a more sustainable leadership of yourself and others, in order to create the future you believe in?

What are your most important leadership values that you navigate according to in your leadership work?
What is your vision for the next few years?
What tools do you use to transfer your own and other people’s energy, so well-being and high performance go hand in hand, in order to give you the room to live your life the way you wish?
Do you feel that you’re not compromising your integrity when communicating what’s important to you?
Do you remember to use your body and vocal capacities to express yourself and make contact with others and own your space?
How does it feel when you sense your way forward to the right decisions using a combination of analysis and intuition? What physical reaction do you get from this?
Do you focus on the right problems, or are you interested in taking a different look at the challenges that you face?
