Puk Scharbau
CEO, Leadership Advisor, Communication Professional and Award Winning Actress
Puk holds a Master’s degree in international business coaching and has a rare combination of experience within drama, management consulting and leadership training. She has 23 years of experience working with almost 200 companies and 6500 executives, leaders and specialists- developing and inspiring their leadership- and communication competencies.
Puk is lead trainer at Novo Nordisk’s leader- and specialist communication training, offered in Denmark and in units around the world, and she acts as executive trainer and communication coach for Novo Nordisk senior leadership.
Puk also delivers virtual training and she works on a global scale and delivers leader and communication training in countries such as Japan, Brazil, China and Saudi Arabia. .
Puk is a professionally trained and award-winning actress, she holds a bachelor’s degree in media and oral rhetoric and a master degree in international business coaching. She is certified as leader and narrative systemic process consultant from DISPUK, a certified adult educator and changesetter change agent and she is a dedicated practitioner of the Japanese martial art form Aikido .
