2 days best practice interactive workshop

 

 

I deliver a well proven 2 day best practice leader communication training that enhances leaders’ ability to communicate clearly and inspire others.

The two interactive days delivers a communication mindset, a best practice leader communication toolbox and methods to structure leaders’ communication and target their most important stakeholders in situations such as:

  • Change processes

  • Strategy implementation

  • Day-to-day dialogue

The 2-day workshop includes case work, theory, practice, interactive exercises, reflection and individual feedback. The participants work with their own real case and learn how to use powerful questions to create dialogue and manage uncertainty and resistance. 

This course has been delivered for 10 years and is continuously optimized and get ratings at 4.8 on a 5 point scale.

Target audience : Leaders, executives and middle managers at all levels. 8-14 participants per workshop.
