Specialists often possess an enormous amount of knowledge and a short window in which to convey it. Essentially, good communication is about getting what’s in your head into someone else’s head – and making it stick.

My training approach and methodology is to turn a sender-oriented focus into a receiver-oriented focus, always stating why this adds value. What’s in it for you as the listener?

I offer a well-tested and highly evaluated two-day training program. We work with a communication case from the participants’ professional lives and concentrate on messaging, how to connect with people and how to be calm, confident and inspiring as a communicator. We also work on how to create commitment through the use of involvement, powerful questions and storytelling.

I also offer a facilitated online communication training program that has been developed and tested with success for specialists and project leaders who need to convey complex knowledge and reach their recipients with a high impact. This has been well-tested for a global audience in groups of up to 18 people.

We work with specific cases, and the 3 x 3½-hour training modules make it easy to incorporate the sessions into a working day and test your new skills right away. The participants get access to my Wiser online learning platform with a whole universe of insights, inspiration, videos and learning material.
