12 months leadership development program for 8 leaders
As a leader you might sometimes find yourself alone in your leadership role and decision making. New inspiration and sparring with other leaders is precious fuel that can lift and focus your leadership and let new ideas and perspectives emerge.
At the heart of this program is you and your leadership. The goal is to give you a platform where you can further grow and expand in your role so you can thrive in your professional as well as your personal life. Key words are hope, courage and dignity in every thing you do.
The Wiser Leadership Circle offers you a confidential space for reflection and sparring with 7 other leaders.
Each meeting focuses on one aspect of your leadership and gives you inspiration, specific tools and time for reflection. We also share dilemmas and work cases based on actual incidents from your daily working life.
As an optional side element, you can choose individual coaching and sparring sessions with Puk Scharbau, who offers you a blend of business coaching based on Aristotle’s coaching form protreptic and executive communication training. Where relevant, we also tap into intuitive advisory methods.
EACH MEETING FOCUSES ON ONE ASPECT OF FUTURE LEADERSHIP AND GIVES YOU NEW INSPIRATION AND TOOLS. CORE ELEMENTS ARE SPARRING, YOUR PRESENT LEADERSHIP DILEMMAS AND SHARING PERSPECTIVES AND IDEAS

During the program, you will be given access to the Wiser online platform with material and inspiration related to each meeting. There is very limited preparation between meetings. Each meeting runs from 9am to 4pm.
